Western Security Appraisal Services is a team of professional real estate appraisers supported by a full-time office staff dedicated to prompt and reliable service. Our clients include most major lending institutions, as well as numerous local mortgage companies, attorneys, insurance companies, and private parties.
Our regular service territory consists of Central and Eastern Washington, North Idaho, and areas of the State of Oregon. With several offices and local experts in all areas served, we are able to provide quicker service, greater market knowledge, and more reasonable fees than other appraisal firms.
Our commitment to the latest technologies is indicated by the inclusion of a full-time Information Technologies Director on our staff. With WinTotal, ACI, Lighthouse, and Mercury Software, we provide appraisal reports in any desired electronic format, including Adobe PDF. The depth of our database of market data is unmatched, and includes MLS and County Assessor data in all areas served, as well as relationships with Realtors and 3rd party data services.
